"Lived here for 1 year on rent. Maintenance is little bit high (approx 7500 pm) but they provide really good service. Another negative point is location : There is slum right in front of main gate and many animals from pigs to buffalo's can be seen. On positive side, gym, swimming pool is there. Maintenance and service staff is really good because this is nice little society. There are no restrictions (bachelors, parties, girls / boys entry etc) by society at all. Flats are very spacious, greenery is there. Nearest metro is 5 minute from this place. I enjoyed my stay here."
